Were can you buy game development software for android and apple devices? i wanna make games for android, apple, other mobile devices, game systems, and PC. im designing all on pc. thanks. im just having trouble looking for the development download or purchase
 
well the android sdk is here http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html

you must know java well if you want to do android programming at all

the iphone sdk is just xcode, just download it, you must know objective-c well and you must know cocoa well
