what are good healthy 5-6 meals i can eat to stay fit?

im 150lbs and im 5'9 tall.
i box and in ok shape.

i just want to lose body fat.

i need 5-6 meals i can eat daily.
i eat at wendys alot.
chicken sandwich no mayo.
cesar salads
chilli
i eat everything with hot sauce and lime.
