nutrition and martial arts? Am looking for a few good books. If you could recommend some good ones for me. I don't mind buying ebooks. As, long as its a book and had good info. I'll read it. Please no blogs. And does anyone know where I can get one of those human body muscle posters?

Best source for nutrition, is to go to the source. Weston Price and Royal Lee were the pioneers in nutrition. They figured out what the vitamins and minerals did. I have included a link to the company that carries the books of those who did the research as well as those who are continuing the research.

The Anatomical Chart Company has charts and models on everything. (second link)

As far as martial arts are concerned, essentially every culture has their own style with several variations. I personally like Hapkido. It is like Aikido (Steven Segal), with slight variations. You will not be able to learn any martial art from a book.
