What are some good cyborg sci-fi?

I'm looking for sci-fi novels and story's that deal heavily with the theme of cyborgs,human society being heavily impacted, transformed by cybernetics,and stories that deal with humans undergoing transformation into machines.
@The Great Swami -That's a very good recommendation,anyone else have cyborg cyberpunk sf?
 
Neuromancer by William Gibson. It was the novel that defined the cyberpunk genre, as well as coined phrases like 'cyberspace.'
 
"Do androids dream of electric sheep?" is the novel that inspired the classic sci fi Blade runner.
