I have done with 30DS and ripped in 30. Loved them!
I need a workout dvd for tonning and fat loss (i need to lose inches!). I have only 3- 4 days a week to workout, because i dont have time for working out... i really wish i would. I dont want p90x or insanity. Already tried turbo fire and love it, doing it right now when i want to.
Oh and i would fallow 1500- 2000 calorie plan, i cant go lower. I need seeable results!
