I really like exciting novels that have a lot happening in them sometimes with a hint comedy. I have read Harry Potter, Twilight Saga, Beastly, and Mortal Instruments. It doesn't have to be science fiction genre cuz i read enough of those, but please no Nicolas Sparks type books (they are not really my style). :)

I don't know if this is up your alley, but Pride and Predudice was actually something I kinda liked. I'm only 15 and yes this book is like way older than me, but the story is very good and Jane Austen is a great writer. I haven't read a real good book since I was 11, but that particualr book is long and good :) Oh and watching the movie helps if you don't have patience to figure out what the heck those british people are talking about LOL.

I really like the alex rider series by anthony Horowitz because of the suspense in the entire book there are only 2 books left in the series, it starts with stormbreaker then Point blank then skeleton key then eagle strike then scorpia then ark angel then Snakehead and finally Crocodile tears. 5 stars for the alex rider series.

There is the house of night series. They're really popular and they aren't so bad. I remember when I started reading them I couldn't eat because I wanted to finish. I also begged my parents to get me the next book if I didn't have the money. But now it isn't as bad. I wait for he next book and read it. I just got the one that just came out, 'Burned'.
Also I've been readin Hush,Hush but Becca Fitzpatrick. I'm still like in the twelve chapter though. It has to do with fallen angels, Nephilim, and such.
This one's I van't read but plan to:

Blue Blood
Masquerade
revelations
The Van alen legace
Misguided Angel : All by Melissa de la cruz.

Legacy of lies
Don't tell
No time to die
the deep end of fear : by Elizabeth Chandler

Evernight
Stargazer
Hourglass : by Claudia Gray

A great Terrible Beauty
Rebel angels
Hourglass : by Libba Bray

Graceling
Fire
Bitterblue : by Kristin Cashore

I'm not sure what they're about. I just keep a list of books I want to get and sometimes I just forget what they're about. Hope I helped :)

There is a series called Night World by L. J. Smith. There are three of them and they're about vampires and all that. Theyre very good and they are long novels, about 700 pages or more. I think a fourth one is coming out soon. She also has another book called Dark Visions and it has that same sorta dark feel to it but its about a group of people using their psychic abilities as weapons. That one is 730 pages. Long awesome novels. Oh and if you care, theyre all pretty pg-13. About the same level as Twilight there.
