What are some good multiplayer E or T rated nintendo dsi games?

So, my 10 year old brother and I want to play some good games together. We would like to play some sort of multiplayer game. It can be competitive, but it is PREFERABLE to be a coop. Also, it is preferable to work where only one game is needed and then the other person can use ds download play, however it is ok if you cannot meet this particular requirement.
Please no mario, zelda, pokemon, etc. We already have most of them. We want something a little different. Not one of the typical games that pops into people's heads as soon as they here nintendo.
 
A some really fun Games for DS That are multiplayer are New Super Mario Bros. i have the game and me and my little sister play it together it is really Fun it Has Mini Games And Vs. Also Mario Kart U Can Race with up to 8 Players.
