What are some good spring break vacations for teens?

Some of my friends and I are thinking about going on vacation for spring break. We are pretty young, freshman in high school! But we want to go somewhere all together and have fun. We aren't looking for wild places (Miami, Cancun, etc..) not at this age at least We are up for anything, some of my friends were thinking about going to NYC, or Colorado to ski, so anywhere that you have been, or heard about that is a good place, please answer.
