what are some healthy/ aloud snacks i can eat if im planning on losing weight and...

Unsalted, non chocolate, non smoked, ect, almonds are very good for you and a good snack



But everythign else sounds good as long as you work on it and dont cheat!!! ( too often )
 
yogurts can have alot of sugar, so i would avoid them. So can dried fruits. Sugar is the #1 thing to avoid when ur trying to lose weight

and chips are full of carbs, also not good

raw nuts, all natural peanut butter with celery/carrot sticks work for me. Nothing too exciting i know, but losing weight isnt fun.
 
...getting in a better shape..? im talking bout like
quaker chewy 90 cals bars
yoplait yogurts (light)
dried fruits..
plantain chips
pita chip??

are these good.

and will i get the body i want by summer if i do the treadmill everyday and eat 1200-1400 cals a day....
