my scout troop is going to host the areas camp out and i am the roaming photographer i decided it would be best to take my bike instead of walking and i need to get my bike ready for this kind of thing its in Florida so not too many hills but the camp does have its rough spots, holes and rocks so i have my mountain tread on my bike already is there anything else i should do to prepare myself and the bike and what should i put in my emergency kit other then a screw driver, various tools, and first aid kit and one of those mini air cans

If your wheels are attached by nuts instead of a quick release, you need a small adjustable wrench. You need at least two spare tubes, a set of tire levers, and a pump. Don't rely on just the CO2 inflater. Also, carry a set of glueless patches in case you get more than 2 flats on your trip. You'll always find use for a couple of feet of duct tape and a few cable ties. Instead of a screw driver, carry a multi-tool that will let you work all the various fasteners on the bike.

It may sound like a lot, but all of this (except the pump) fits into a mini wedge bag under the back of the saddle on my bikes.
