What are the differences between faith and religion?

Faith is always BLIND FAITH. And the practices of all Blind Faiths in an organized manner are called religions,

religion is a belief and we have different kinds of beliefs but religion means believing in God, whichever way you do it

Faith is based on religion, when there is a religion so you have faith to that, suppose Islam, Allah (swa) is one, Muhammad (pbuh) is the Messenger of Allah (swa), you have to have faith in these words and accept it by your mind, heart and saying, Religion is the Way you are guided.
