What are the possible reasons why my car radio isn't working?

Check the fuses. Take the radio out make sure the harness is plug into the radio. if those don't work try a different radio.
 
We have a family of 5 and each of us needs a car (summer jobs). We only had 4 cars and so my uncle decided to loan us his old Honda Accord. The radio doesn't work. It doesn't even turn on. Can someone provide me with a list of possible solutions and step-by-step instructions on how to fix the problem? Thank you!
