There's UStream and Tiny chat both are very popular. I saw Cody Simpson on UStream and Justin Bieber on Tiny chat which I recorded on my camera. You won't see like A-List actors and actresses on these websites but you will see musicians other than Cody Simpson and Justin Bieber. Usually that celebrity will tweet on Twitter their on UStream or Tiny chat and post a link so their fans can come in. I have Twitter friends that were in a Tiny chat with Jaden Smith. It all depends on what celebrity your talking about. Actors and actresses usually don't have Twitters or go on Tiny chat or UStream. Anyway good luck.
