What BitTorrent site would someone recommend?

I'm trying to download some podcast I can't find. I was told BitTorrent sites is where I can find them. But I'm kinda an idiot when it comes to this stuff, what's the best and what won't ruin my computer?
 
You need a torrent client to download torrents. I recommend "Transmission" for Mac, and "uTorrent" for PC. An easy way to find rare torrents is to google search the name of the podcast and add torrent to the end. Googling "torrent" will present you with many torrent sites. You could also look on Itunes for it.
