rafferty: you do realize, the only reason this law has come into play is because Obama signed that bill. You do know that, don't you?
Ogre: its actually illegal to say "overthrow the government." Its also illegal to say "I want to kill the President." Oops!

But I agree with you, our government could care less about our freedom, they just want more money and more power

I think its time to overthrow the government. I am a smoker and in my state the tax on cigarettes is higher than alcohol. Furthermore to ban flavored cigarettes and not ban flavored drinks is a double standard. The first time I drank was when I was 13 and it was STRAWBERRY SCHNAPPS.

Which is worse?

I guess the words "over throw the government" is a little harsh, but as it states in the constitution- we need to throw out the constitution and start new.
Maybe get it right as they are definitely wrong.

except: flavored cigars will remain legal. he was wrong about that.

You do understand that Obama did not write that Bill. Right? You understand that Ted Kennedy has written it 3-4 times over the past 10 years, and only now, with a lot of amendments, has it passed, right?
