I have a dvd which plays fine on our dvd, but won't play on my friend's dvd player. It's saved as an mpeg. Someone told me older players only read DVD Video (or NTSC Compatible MPEG2 format). It's already in mpeg form though, so are these two different formats? I tried converting it to a VOB file as well but neither of our players would play that.
