What frame size bike should i choose?

I will be going biking for 40km a day for 3 days. i am 65kg, 165m, female, and i am not very sport fit body shaped. and i have to choose a bike frame size ranging from 14/17/19/21 inches.

please help me choose.

If you are trying to say that you are 5'5" ( 165cm) then you probably need a 14 or 15 " frame size which is a small. A 17" might be pushing it and a 19" and 21" are both out of the question
