I got caught last month and received a ticket. (I know....I know......) Can they really revoke my NYS Drivers License for fishing without a license? What if anything can happen if I don't pay?? By the way it was me any my wife with zebco reels and worms with no fish in the basket. The fine was $100.00 each plus $75 each NYS surcharge.........I did plead guilty

Looking for options or suggestions

You have no realistic options. You pled guilty. If you don't pay the fine, they'll let it go for a while. Maybe every six months or so, they will send you a new bill with recomputed interest rates and late charges. Eventually the bill will be so out of proportion to the crime that it will be worth their while to attach (put a lien on) your bank account, checking account, or charge card, or vehicle, or house, or anything you own that has value. Be smart. Pay the fine.

I agree with the first 2 answers.
Also, they could issue a bench warrant for your arrest.
Fishing with a zebco reel and worms is still considered fishing.. Not exactly sure why you even included that info.
It is called a FISHING license. Therefore, you need one to to go fishing no matter what kind of tackle your using or whether or not you catch any fish.
