What is a fast meal to make when your too tired to cook?

Around here, it's:
1. Cereal
2. Fruit, cheese, crackers
3. Boiled eggs (we keep a bowl of them in the fridge)
4. Leftovers
 
A packet of that Knorr/Lipton Mexican of Spanish rice mix. 7 minutes and it's done, then I toss in some canned black beans. Toss some cheese on it and nuke for a few seconds. Done in under 15 minutes.
 
How bout some scrambled eggs and toast? Or some pancakes whipped up from a complete (just add water) mix? Or some tuna salad on a tortilla? Or you can make a salad? You can whiz up a dip in the food processor and serve on toast, pita, tortilla, or with some chips? You can cook some mac and add cheese and canned tomatoes?
