Ok so im not fat im thin but i eat bad foods. I want to stop that right now. No more bad foods, being lazy and watchin tv. I want to be active and eat right and keep the weight off. But i wouldnt even know where to begin. I am a vegitarian so i dont eat fast foods, but i do eat alot of soups that arent the best for you and candy. I am on the swim team at my school but its off season now so not as much swimming as we used to so i need something i can do at home as well. And since im in highschool and i get hungry during the day, what should i bring to stop the cravings at lunch and im thinking about bringing my own lunches from now on cause the school food is soooo fatning so that does not help at all. Also whats YOUR diet and fitness plan and does it work well? I would like to tighten up my stomach and arms so anything to help out with that would be awesome
sorry its kinda long but i would love and take any advise given to me
also how much water should i drink a day and when should i consume the most?
