What is a safe torrent site?

I live in Japan, and I want to download the dragonball shows in English for my son. I tried to download them on many torrent sites, but they didn't let me finish. If you know a good site, please let me know. Thank you very much in advance!

Any torrent site is safe if you use a proxy. Remember you only need the torrent which is a 4 - 30 KB so, make a list go into an internet cafe download just the Torrents onto your pendrive and then open them in utorrent when you get home. Then there is no evidence on your computer no torrents and no internet history. Thats the safest way.

If you are downloading Anime, then download them from http://www.nyaa.eu/ - this site should be familiar.
But if you are downloading other P2P files (which I could not care less about), I will leave you with:

Be wary of the ads on those sites, though. They may contain viruses and/or other malicious things.
