I started swimming daily 2 months ago. At first, I had a very hard time doing 500 meters/day but am now up to 2500 meters/day, 1600 of which I did continuous today without rest. I'm swimming both to improve cardio and for weight loss. I've been doing a random mix of crawl and breast stroke. However, I'm getting bored with it and am looking for a more structured workout from someone who is either a swim coach or an experienced swimmer.
