Ok so I never understood why people complained about sore muscles..I enjoy it, I love getting sore muscles and then stretching them because it just feels good, like when you stretch in the morning but 100x better.
Unless their sore muscles hurt then I don't see a problem with them.. Mine never hurt they just feel achy, but then again I never did any serious strenous exercise and it just feels good to stretch and massage them, my brother feels the same and so have a few other people..
And can someone give me a detailed explanation of what happens that makes sore muscles and why it feels soo good when you stretch them? I heard lactic acid and microscopic tears in the muscle cause it but then I heard lactic acid causes the burning sensation during exercise,not the soreness the next day so idk.
