what is the best and easiest dvd burning program?

I am looking for something that will burn ALL DVD's (even encrypted ones) but will also burn large DVD's, I am trying to burn one that wont let me do it on one disc, so I guess something that will shrink (or whatever) to make it fit.

I am a total novice and need something easy to use.

also I think with Nero you need a shrinking program as well - I want something all in one if possible
I already have Nero I cant make it copy large movies (maybe it can but I have no idea how)

buy the dvd dvd burning is bad ill never do it/ but i heard from a friend that you can use any dvd to go around the coppy right protection than download dvd shrink via filehipppo.com alos a software dvd decprypter. ill never do such a illegal thing ever but you want to live your life thats works (trust me) so file hippo.com when vburning he told me to open dvd shrink then you back up go to send file to dvd decypter, also go to anydvd.com download that it will start working right when you put the dvd in.
