What is the BEST bluetooth handfree car kit on the market?

I'm looking for a Handsfreee bluetooth device that is used when calls are made and incoming calls are heard on the speakers of the vehicle. I've exhausted myself on looking at amazon because they really don't tell me whether they can be used for the speakers of the car or in its own tiny speakers of the device itself.

Price isn't the main issue, but I refuse to pay over $200 for one of these units.

Does any one know of good ones?
