ive been workn out a lot for over 2yr n just seen a slight difference
i am not over weight im 150 n just want to get tooned n muscular
 
a lot has to do with food intake and nutrition to see results. 80-90% of weight loss, body building etc. will equate to nutrition and calories. I would also like to add that running or jogging will give you fast results.
 
i would suggest yoga!...it can burn fat easily, relaxes you from stress, and give you a peace of mind!...

just curling gives very fast visible effects to biceps. very quick results
