What is the difference between the Netbook 8.4 Lcd Touch Screen and the ipad?

I am trying to figure out what the difference is, so that I can decide which to get.

i advise the netbook, 4 the ipad u hav 2 pay 4 programs but 4 the netbook u don't.
BTW ipad is very bulky
