What is the difference in the console versions and the pc versions?Like say...

...Madden or Elder schrolls? Are the graphics and gameplay the same on the pc as they are on the console versions?

What would you think of seeing Mega Man the movie?
Who would play him and all the villians?
So lets say I have the best computer I can get.Will it look just as good on the pc as the consoles?
