What is this happening in Windows Movie and DVD maker?

I made a music video and added a title and end credits in Windows Movie Maker. When I burned the video to DVD with Windows DVD Maker the title was distorted, darkened and kind of wavy but the video itself was fine. The title shows with no problems in my the preview of my WMM project. I just don't know why it won't show right after burning to DVD. I have a new DVD/VCR recorder. Maybe it has something do to with the player idk. Anybody know why this happens?

I make a l lot of videos so I would like to find a solution.
