I had a really bad time with depression a few months ago and it isn't as bad as it once was. Today though i really can't go in. I have problems with sleep so i didn't sleep at all last night and i have college in 1 hour. I've typed out an email to my tutor saying that i can't make it in because of personal reasons and i don't mind explaining them the next day i'm in. > is that okay to write? i don't feel like explaining anything more but thank you so much if you answer
