First of all, don't use Limewire. It's awful. Second, use uTorrent. It's one of (if not the) best. Third, you can use sites like The Pirate Bay or ISOHunt to find torrents. They're typically around 0.25 MB (I'm going to assume you meant megabytes not megabits, but in case you did mean megabits, they're about 2mb).
