What system is the best to play, nintedo ds or psp?

Well honestly i think Xbox360 is the best way to go. Has a better gaming format and all and better games.But if your only choices are nintendo, ds, or psp, i would say psp, Great gaming style and is really fun to play certain games. And you get Wi-Fi

Personally I think Playstations are better than xBox and Wii devices. PSP is based on PS3 and DS is based on Wii but the thing is PS Is only good a big screen not a small one, a DS is more fun-filling as the device itself displays high-resolution colouring. Personally at the moment I would get a DS however next year the new PSP is coming out so I would wait and get that :)
