running 100m,200m, and 400m at a meet? best is late 12's

Also, how do i run a 12.50 or less at tryouts.
I have really worn out nike shoes, I have never used spikes or blocks. How can i stay more consistent and run more 12's and maybe 12.00 to break school record?
It really depends on the competition, I strained my left calf before the 200m at a meet. I did 100m, 200m, 4 X 100m last year. I ran 13.63 one meet, then ran
a pb the next.
