afternoons? when i was a little kid we used to watch on Saturday afternoon the Godzilla type movies on this program
that played a different movie every Sat. I think it was called something "theatre"
When they would goto commercial they used to show two tin pie plates stuck together and
it would fly across the screen like a flying saucer with strings hanging it and they would make a sound like this;
"Beee Boop" Beee booop beee boooop
It kind of looked like this at the link below
except hanging with fishing screen "flying" over a fake terrain and making the beeboop beeeboop sound;.. what was the name of that show.. was it "monster theatre"? I cannot remember
I lived in Jax., FL at the time. Back when we only had 4 channels.
