I am 5'4 and I am over weight for my height. I weigh 175 pounds, and I have more going on at the upper part of my body than the bottom ( more bust and stomach, and not as much of a butt, but i still have one). I've started walking, going bike riding, and eating low calorie meals, but I was wondering if there is anything else I could add to my regime to help me get to where I want to be in six months or maybe a little less. My goal is to be 135 pounds, but I'm trying not to rush myself so that I can do it right. Any positive suggestions would be helpful, thanks.
