What would be a good fitness routine to get me back into shape?

I'm a 19 year old female about 5"6.5', 116 pounds, skinny, lanky but totally out of shape! Sedentary to say the least.

My goal is to build more muscles and build physical endurance. Eventually I would like to start running marathons and stuff - which I can't right now due to lack of endurance and stamina. If possible I would really like back and arm strengthening exercises.
On a side note I eat relatively healthy. I really tend to dislike junk food and sugary stuff.
