What year had the most 1st Round upsets in NCAA Basketball.?

I was just wondering. I mean there have been some big ones, but what year had the most upsets in the 1st round?
 
Good question.... I almost thought ETSU was going to beat Pitt in the first round this year but I can't think of any year that had a large number of first round upsets... I could be wrond though I have only followed the tournament for the last 4 years.
