I've never rode a motorcycle. I want to, but I know I would be dead in less than a week. So whats a good starter bike that I could control, yet still have fun on. I plan on buying a used one because im not rich

You must take the MSF new riders course. That will be the best investment of time you can ever make. Once you complete the course you will be ready to start riding.

The best sport bike for a complete newbie is something in the 500cc range and below. So for used bikes there you are looking at a Kawasaki Ninja 250, Kawasaki Ninja 500 or Suzuki GS500. Those are all easy to ride, cheap to buy and cheap to run bikes.

Depending on your self control you could maybe start with Suzuki SV650. Do not get a full on 600cc 4-cylinder sport bike, While great fun, they are much more difficult to learn to ride on and more expensive to insure.

Get a Tri-Cycle . .
you wont die there!
and there fun!
and not expensive!

The Kawasaki Ninja 250 or 500 are both fine choices. Ample power for a starter bike but not so much that it'll get away with you if you hit the throttle too hard. Inexpensive used bikes but very durable. They handle very well and thats what you need for a beginner bike. Learn how to ride well before trying to go fast.
