i like to eat when im bored. i work a 12 hour shift so when i get bored i like to eat..whats something i can snack on without weight gain,,i heard that sunflower seeds can be good. is that true?
Sunflower seeds are good and so are pumpkin seeds, but you have to crack a lot to have a mouth full. Maybe you buy those without shells, so that you can grab a handful and dump them into your mouth.
sunflower seeds do have alot of calories per 100 grams. I would suggest, carrot or apples as these are filling and very low in calories, also try grapes as a snack but avoid dry fruits as these are high in sugar and calories. xxx
