It's supposed to be really good for you, should it be cooked? I love sushi... should I go raw? If not, then what's a good marinade? I'm thinking teriyaki or buffalo hot wing because those are both awesome sauces. YUM!!!! I'm so excited

Placenta Spaghetti:
Cut meat of 3/4 placenta into bite size pieces, then brown
quickly in 1 tbl. butter plus 1 tbl. oil. Then add 1 large can
tomato puree, 2 cans crushed pear tomatoes, 1 onion, 2
cloves of garlic, 1 tbl. molasses, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbl. rosemary, 1
tsp. ea. of salt, honey, oregano, basil, and fennel. Simmer 1
1/2 hours.

I've got a few recipes for placenta. I have a special spice rub that is good on it:

2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Freshly-ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 dash Coriander
1 dash Turmeric

Rub it down liberally and let it slowly simmer on the grill until it turns a golden brown. Enjoy with some ranch dip.
