* Buy a box of the healthy cereal at your local health food store for something easy. Some grocery stores carry "healthy" cereal now. Check the labels for salt, fat and sugar content. I look for non-hydrogenated oils, sea salt and "good" sugars like malted barley, rice syrup, evaporated cane juice, molasses, honey or fructose.
* If eggs are okay for your particular diet then enjoying a dish of scrambled eggs fortified with Omega-3's can be a great breakfast. I add a little bit of cheese and milk to mine and of course salt and pepper. Try adding cilantro, onions, peppers and tomatoes for a mexican version.
* Use that leftover rice from dinner for breakfast in the morning. Heat it up and add cinnamon and your favorite healthy sweetner. I like Agave. Pour some milk over it and maybe some berries or nuts and you'll be won over by this delicious treat.
