Whats the difference between a Blueray Disc game and Ps store game?

A usual BD is 50GB.....
Infamous and Burnout Paradise are both 50GB BDs....how they're both on the ps store for 4.1 GB only? how 50gb converted to 4gb? do they use BDs just to disallow copies?

you got it wrong a BD itself hold 50GB the game isn't 50GB
a DVD hold 8GB
both of those games are relatively old games so 4GB sounds about right for there size

p.s the have not made a game thats 50GB, the bigges theve made is La noire which is 25GB
and on 3 discs for xbox 360
