Maybe spirituality, ethics and morals are way above the dogmatic ways of religion...High time for Spirituality to divorce Religion? And unite the world ethically and morally. Have something like Global Moral Science, introduced in the schools, perhaps...
 
Religion is the order and doctrine, spirituality is the devotion, following, and practice of a particular religion and faith.
 
religion is organized and has an establishment, rituals and prejudices
