When can us iPod Touch users get our hands on the new 3.0 software?

Hey guys, this is a simple question. As most of us already know, Apple released its new iPhone software today. They also made it available for iTouch users for a price of 9 or so bucks. My question is when is this 3.0 update going to be available for us iTouch users to buy? Thanks
