...has a crackling/ static sound? If I change the channel and go back to it, it is fixed for about another 1/2 hour time. I tried another set of speakers outside of the TV, it did the same thing, so it must be coming from the Cable Box. Do I need a line filter, does that exist for RCA hook ups?
