When I try to access my phone's WAP, I get an error message saying unexpected...

...failure. Why is that? At first it was okey, I could access anything I want with my phone's WAP. I tried setting up again my phone's WAP. (setting up the SIM's activation,GPRS,MMS and internet settings). Has it something to do with my network's WAP settings?
