when training for sprints how many times a week should you run?

everyday!
i am a sprinter too and do different exercises and running workouts monday-friday which allows me to win every race!
 
Every Day. Early morning, for me it was before I ate I had to run but I drank water when resting. For others they had to eat a healthy beakfast first, something light with fruits and veggies then wait 45 minutes and go running. Do some Yoga, you will be very pleased with the results with your running.
