I also feel that it is difficult to breathe, maybe it is just because of the pain.
The pain feels muscular...but almost like a chest cold too...BUT it is in my neck on the right side...
I just had the flu...or food poisoning (if this helps at all)
I had a fever...

I may have slept on it wrong

but I just need some clarity to what his might be.
IT ONLY HURTS when I breathe in, not when I touch my neck, put pressure on my neck, or turn my head at all..
ONLY when I breathe in deeply.

Help, please?

(also hurts if I burp)

omg, this is going on for me too. looked on some other websites, they said "I have the same problem, everytime i breath the top of my right shoulder aches, i think its called pleurisy and if you think you have this you should see a doctor" so im planning to go to the doc soon

Well, im not 100% sure, but go see your docter, or atleast look on different websites to see what other people say, you might of slept on it funny, or just hurt one of your muscles accidently, dont think its something to worry about, but make sure if this carrys on for atleast 3 days or more, book an appointment!:) Hope this helps.
