Where are the jack points for a 2008 Nissan Altima?

Im trying to jack up the car with a floor jack to rotate tires. The jack stands will occupy the pinch points. So where am I supposed to jack up the car (not scissor jack)? I saw a bar running down the length of the car, but it seems hollow. 2007-2012 models should be the same. Thanks
