you can buy the drive on ebay and console modding sites, but it is very hard to do, and you will void your warranty, and your console might get banned from online. The best way to get it done is to call the support line and explain ur problem, but just say it broke and it wasnt ur fault, they might charge u for the repair, but it wont cost that much
